We have meals for all sorts of goals. Choose what’s right for you. If you’re not sure, you can see everything available on our full menu.

You need to order a minimum of five meals to make a purchase*. And yes, you can add meals from other menus and plans. Just jump to the menu you want and keep shopping.
3) Complete the checkout process
When you've placed your order, our team will start preparing your healthy meals, and they will be delivered to you shortly.

How plans work
- We have a range of meal plans to suit different lifestyle and fitness goals.
- You’ll see many of the same dishes across plans.
- But they will all have a different balance of protein, carbs and fats depending on the plan.
- If you don’t have a goal, a good place to start is the Balanced plan.

Yes, you have the flexibility to add meals from across the entire MACROS range to your order. For example, you can include Weight Loss plan meals and Gain plan meals in your order.
Yes, you can. With MACROS you have the flexibility to add items from across our entire range, so you can add meals of different sizes, cuisines and protein types.
Yes, we have a minimum order requirement of 5 meals. Once you meet this minimum, you can add as many additional items as you'd like. *Please note that if you're using a promo code, the minimum order requirement may differ.
Delivery is free for orders over $150, while we charge a $15 flat rate nationwide for orders under $150.
You can check if we deliver to you using the delivery check function.
Yes, you can. While placing your order you’ll be asked to choose between weekly or fortnightly meal deliveries. You can change this delivery frequency via your customer dashboard at any time before the weekly cutoffs.
