Just like slow cooking is better than zapping in a microwave, slow air dry beef which means it's naturally more tender and healthier than jerky. Free from all the nasty stuff you usually find in dried and cured meats, very low in sugar and taste the difference with organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Aussie beef.
Perfect pre or post exercise or simply as a clean, high protein, low carb treat that'll get you through to meal time without filling you up too much. They're also perfect to keep in the pantry to use with your weekly meal prep. Use them to add a high quality protein source to salads, pizza and more.

Storage
- Keep refrigerated between 0 °C and 5 ' C.
- If there is no use by date, do not consume. If the tray is damaged or the seal is broken, do not consume.
Heating
Heating In A Microwave- Remove sleeve.
- Peel back one corner of film and remove sauce/dressing, if any.
- Microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. Heating times may vary.
- Remove film carefully and consume immediately.
- Remove sleeve and film.
- Empty contents of the tray into a pot.
- Heat on high until piping hot.
- Plate up and consume immediately.
